You may pay the retreat fee at once or alternatively by deposit. Your booking is only definite when the payment is fully completed. Important: wait for the confirmation from Radiant Sea souls before making further travel arrangements!
Full payment of your retreat must have been done 60 days before the retreat starts, upon receipt of an invoice. Radiant Seasouls reserves the right to cancel your booking if full payment has not been received in 60 days prior to arrival. In case of cancelling your retreat, please read the cancellation charges below. Bookings made 60 days prior to arrival must be paid completely at time of booking.

Once you have booked your Radiant Seasouls retreat your deposit is non refundable. When you need to cancel your retreat, the following refund policy applies.
Cancellation more than 60 days before the start date of the retreat: full refund minus deposit.
Cancellation less than 60 days before the start date of the retreat: No refund, at our discretion we may change the balance paid to an other retreat package.
In case we have to cancel a retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund. However, we won’t cover additional travel expenses or are not responsible for consequential expenses due to any cancellation. We advice you to take a travel insurance policy, that covers costs in case of cancellation (on our or your side).
For refunds or booking changes we charge an additional transaction fee of € 10.
As a booking condition with Radiant Seasouls you must have a travel insurance! Please take a suitable travel insurance covering travel, surfing activity, lost luggage, medical costs, cancellation and any other activities you intend on doing outside of your retreat package.
PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND MEDICAL CONCERNS
You participate in the retreat at your own risk. You are obligated to inform Radiant Seasouls at the time of booking of any pre-existing medical conditions, treatments, surgeries that you have had, allergies and intolerances. Failure to notify Radiant Seasouls in your booking form of any pre-existing medical conditions, treatments, surgeries that you have had, allergies and intolerances may result in you not being able to take part in the retreat.
In some circumstances it could be necessary we require a letter from your GP/Specialist informing us that they are happy for you to participate in the retreat. We wil not accept pregnant women on any retreat. We are happy to make adjustments to the program if you inform us 7 days before arrival.
Radiant Seasouls cooperates with different suppliers for accommodation, surf instruction, yoga instruction, fitness instruction and catering. We review these suppliers on a regular basis to ensure your retreat has the right standards and the highest quality.
INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Radiant Seasouls can recommend extra activities during your retreat but it is your responsibility to pay for any extras and Radiant Seasouls will not take any responsibility for any issues associated with the extras arranged outside of what is included within the retreat package.
Depending upon the retreat you choose, the package will include:
Your accommodation (using established locations)
Linen and towels in your room
Surf instruction (offered by a certified surf instructor and surfing school)
Yoga instruction (by a certified yoga teacher)
Catering (using professional chefs for full board, depending upon your retreat)
Transfers from the airport to your accommodation and return
All surf and yoga equipment (including surf boards, wetsuits and yoga props)
Travel expenses to the retreat location (car, train or flights unless specified otherwise)
Any extra activities not standard in our retreat program
Half board retreats will specify what meals are included
Radiant Seasouls partner with various other companies to offer you the best possible experience. When we partner with another company Radiant Seasouls will solely be operating as an agent and all Terms & Conditions of the partner company will apply.
